Thank you for reading Do Healthcare Providers Need the Internet.
Please take a brief moment to sign the guestbook.

Hi Sheldon,
Your paper is very good and well researched.
I am a physiotherapist/ manager of a rehabilitation center and I am presently looking at the impact of technology on the provision of services in rehabilitation. There is no doubt that our field has lagged behind in the use of information system and therefore need to catch up.I would appreciate any comments from you. Thankyou.

Found your site very informative. I represent an ASP medical billing company and will use this site for those providers still in the "dark ages". Thanks!

I enjoyed reading your support for internet use in the healthcare field. When I was a student, one of my inservices was explaining resources available to Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals. Definitely keep me informed on any other writings that you might publish or present on the net.

I was impressed with and enjoyed your section on distance learning and telemedicine. I work in The University of Vermont's Division of Coninuing Education and we develop a number of programs for healthcare professionals in the areas of telemedicine and medical informatics. On May 31, 1998, we'll be offering our intensive, 3 1/2-day symposium entitle "How to Build A Telemedicine Program" for the second time. We also have an annual conference, a CD-ROM, and a video product in this subject area.
